    • Once your booking details are received, we’ll send a confirmation message or email outlining your tour details, date, pick-up time, and price.
    • Full-day tours typically run between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM (approx. 8 hours), unless otherwise stated.
    • We offer flexible payment options:
    • Cash on the day of the tour (in MUR or EUR)
    • Online payment or bank transfer (details will be provided upon booking)
    For online payments, your booking will be confirmed once payment is received. All prices are quoted in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) unless specified otherwise.
    • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour.
    • 50% charge if cancelled within 24 hours of the tour.
    • No refund for no-shows or cancellations made after pick-up time.
